Everything is explained
I used to be someone who avoided going to the dentist until I absolutely had to. Alex and his team are kind, professional, and funny. Everything is explained and there's constant check ins to see how you're doing through the procedure.
Country music Fridays are the best day to go but if you can't do a Friday the music during the week is pretty spot on too.

Hygienist
My appointment was the first with a new hygienist, she was friendly & introduced herself. During the appointment she explained what was going to happen & gave me some advice on action I could take to maintain gum health etc. She seemed somewhat nervous but given this was the first time we had met & the fact that she appears to be a 'young hand', I was prepared to overlook this. I am sure she will be more relaxed by the time my next appointment comes around next year.
